Congratulations! It is our pleasure to invite the Cabin John MS Advanced Band to perform during the 2019 PMEA/NAfME Eastern Division Conference, April 4-6 in Pittsburgh. Your group is officially scheduled to perform a 30 minute concert, inclusive of music and speaking, beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 5. It is a special honor to have been accepted, as more 170 entries were submitted for evaluation. An official invitation letter with more information will be emailed to you next week. Please confirm or decline this invitation by Monday, September 17.
A performing group contract is attached for you to complete, along with the conference performing group sticker policy. The contract can be typed into with electronic signatures in the designated spots, or you can print it out to handwrite the signatures. The completed contract can be scanned and emailed to Abi Young (abiyoung@pmea.net) or mailed to the PMEA Office, 56 S. Third St., Hamburg, PA 19526. Be sure to include a group picture and a short biography for publication purposes. The contract is due by Wednesday, September 26. Photos must be received by Friday, October 5.
